I dealt with Roger when he was working for Vianet who operated the back-end booking system for Travelbug and also developed the front-end to Trade Me specifications. Before I started, he had been part of the team that had met a tight deadline to deliver and launch Travelbug and although Trade Me was no doubt a demanding partner, he maintained an excellent attitude and dealt with requests professionally and thoroughly. Roger always made himself available to discuss any work in progress, and was clear in his communication at all times. More than anything else, he was working in a challenging and shifting environment at Vianet and always conducted himself well which must at times have been difficult.
