Roger was part of the combined Perot/RHE Diamond implementation team at MBF in Sydney. In that assignment, Roger had one of the most complex areas to deal with as a business analyst. His logical skills and willingness to raise concerns helped us make solid decisions in the implementation of the software. In addition, while Roger was assigned to one specific area for analysis, he was knowledgable about the entire solution and was key to helping interpret decisions that impacted the success of the entire project.
