Roger worked on system implementations for Aetna New Zealand, Sul America Seguros in Sao Paulo, Brazil and AMSA Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina – all affiliates of Aetna International.

These projects involved the implementation of the Diamond/Perot Systems software into their organisation. Having been involved in the first project in Auckland as a business analyst Roger was able to provide key support to the affiliates in Brazil and Argentina.
